Windows 10 introduced a photos App which replaces default photo viewer we are familiar with previous versions of Windows. While it does what it says, I find myself missing the full screen next / previous option of old viewer.
Lucky for those of you who want it back, Windows 10 by default actually comes with the old Windows Photo Viewer software, it is just disabled in registry. To restore it, open up any text editor, paste following code in there (credit to Edwin)

Right click image file you want to open > open with > choose another app
Scroll down you will see Windows Photo Viewer as an option, optionally you may choose to always open this format with the app (note this will only associate your chosen format to the app, you may need to follow the same step for other image format)
Congratulation! now you have the old photo viewer back
