Job Summary:
APTIM is searching for a successful Assistant Project Manager in our LFG Specialties division located in Findlay, OH. We are a leader in the landfill gas and renewable energy industry. We package flaring, drying, and compression equipment which we sell across the country and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Primary responsibilities is to provide financial support to multiple Project Managers.
  • Duties would include setting up new projects in the accounting system, running cost reports, preparing project status reports, tracking billing milestones, reviewing invoices, preparing change orders
  • Assisting with payables and receivables, supporting month end project level accounting activities, preparing month end financial summaries on the business unit, and preparing annual budgets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related Project Managent/Financial Support experience
  • Excellent organizational skills in order to prioritize multiple tasks, develop, analyze and/or revise procedures, meet deadlines, and work in an environment of heavy pressures and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and the ability to compose correspondence and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience with computerized systems, database management and spreadsheet and word-processing programs to manipulate data and create reports.
  • Skill in using computer software such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
