Scope of the role We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will have a good telephone manner, a willingness to learn, able to communicate at all levels within the business, a good attention to detail and the ability to work using their own initiative. Key responsibilities Cash handling/banking General office duties Postal duties Confirming orders/auditing orders Raising credit notes. Managing credit paperwork. Holiday cover within the team Hours: Monday-Friday 4:30-8:30am The successful candidate will have previous admin experience with knowledge of Microsoft Work/ Excel.
