An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Royal Hospital for Children pharmacy dispensing services team; working in our busy dispensary and providing a range of near patient services at ward level as part of our Making the Most of Your Medicines teams. You will play a key role in the ongoing redesign of pharmacy services and provide dispensing services including: dispensing discharge prescriptions at ward level, and working as part of the multidisciplinary team at both ward level and in the dispensary. You will rotate within Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and the Royal Hospital for Children Pharmacy areas working 18.75 hours per week; weekends and Public Holidays are also worked on a pro-rota basis. Three standard grades (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English, and basic IT skills are essential. Previous hospital pharmacy experience is desirable, however full training will be provided.
