SCOPE OF POSITION:

The Store Manager will be responsible for all general functions of the store operations. Conduct orientation, training, scheduling and management of store employees and volunteers. Will be responsible for accurate and appropriate handling of store income including balancing, depositing and reporting according to established Salvation Army policies and procedures. Oversee activities related to the safety of the store, its contents, employees, volunteers and patrons. Works with Corps Officers to establish production and income goals as well as meeting those set expectations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Requirements Position Qualifications:

 Minimum 21 years of age in possession of a valid Wyoming Driver’s License
 Minimum of two years’ direct retail sales experience, one year of direct retail store management experience
 Basic mathematical skills
 Ability to supervise and direct employees and volunteers within the store setting
 Able to work independently as well as working with others in a team setting
 Ability to address multiple complex tasks simultaneously
 Proficient in the English language
