STEWARD Start date: 1st July 2019 seasonal contract till October 2019 Execution of cleaning procedures in all gastronomic back of house areas & food service areas in compliance with company standards & Health and Safety regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES Proper use & treatment of all cleaning materials/cleaning agents, supplies Assistance with incoming goods (storing food & supplies according to H&S regulations) Taking care of the cleanliness in all kitchen/food service areas as well as the receiving, storage & garbage areas. Participate in kitchen meetings & briefings Close cooperation with other hotel departments/head of departments REQUIREMENTS First experience in a similar position Language skills Local Ability to work in a team Knowledge of local sanitation rules, HACCP and H&S management Launched in 2016, Casa Cook is part of Thomas Cook Hotel & Resorts (part of the Thomas Cook Group), with 200 hotels in 47 destinations.
