Control and monitoring of 207 procedures from logging and raising. Maintain accurate petty cash transactions. Cash handling and security and safety procedures. Accurately record and store information Monitoring basic data identification of tacho’s. Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues Verification of documents, checking numerical accuracy, and maintaining accurate complete and legible records. Investigation of discrepancies. Responsible for dealing with customer collections. Control and monitoring of cancelled and returned orders. Maintenance of customer accounts records and reconcile/verify all cash/cheque payments. Maintenance and input of information onto SAP Inputting WDA data onto computer system.
