Job Summary
Assists in the formulation and definition of system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Participates in the detailing of specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary. Identifies and evaluates systems and procedures. Configures system settings and options, plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing, and creates specifications for systems.
This roll will provide technical on call support as needed in support of IoT Customers
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four years related work experience post high school
- One year experience in information systems programming
- One year experience in systems specification or structured analysis
- One year experience with project or process management
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in technical support role
