Overall purpose To undertake electronic identify and international intelligence checks in a timely and accurate manner in order to support the firm accepting new clients and engagements and continuance of existing client relationships. The ability to communicate the results of those checks to the initial requestors. Principal Accountabilities Key Responsibilities Undertaking electronic identify checks on individual and corporate entities using Equifax Undertaking international intelligence checks on individual and corporate entities using World Check Communicate the results of electronic identify and international intelligence checks to requestors by email and/or by phone Filing and other administrative duties as required Qualifications Experience Previous office experience desirable Attributes Capable of working with minimal supervision on routine tasks. Good written / verbal communication skills Effectively work with colleagues in achieving deadlines/resolving issues General computer literacy and Microsoft Office tools experience and use Excellent organisational skills with an ability to work to deadlines Attentive to detail
