About the Role OVERALL JOB PURPOSE The team predominantly provide Competition Services, acting as Monitoring Trustee on behalf of competition regulators (European Commission, Competition & Markets Authority, other international) to monitor parties’ compliance with structural or behavioural remedies in the context of merger situations. We are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, clear communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude, who are prepared to work hard and take on high levels of responsibility when necessary. Due to the client facing nature of this role, we are looking for someone who is well presented and able to deal with a range of people in a confident and professional manner. Key responsibilities: Attending meetings with clients and regulators Analysing data (including financial, operational and legal information) Liaising with clients to chase, and critique information provided Report writing About you: Part qualified ACA (or equivalent) Minimum of 12 months experience in professional services Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical mindset Have excellent written communication and report writing skills to prepare clear, and accurate reports Detail oriented, with the ability review financial and legal information and identify inconsistencies About Us RSM are a leading mid-tier Chartered Accountancy and Business Advisory firm.
