Job Description MAIN DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Supervising up to 3 cleaning staff including sickness absence, work allocation, performance 2. Ensuring the cleanliness of a large educational establishment (high school) 3. Keyholding (as appropriate) for access and egress for cleaning staff. 4. Checking equipment and reporting any faults to line manager. 5. Be responsible for Health & Safety of themselves and team. 6. Assist with the organising of an annual deep clean. 7. Ordering, receipt, issue and control of cleaning materials. 8. Completion of paperwork as required for payroll and HR purposes including RTW. 9. Replenishing of hygiene consumables as required. 10. Ensuring the observance of safe working practices within the parameters of the post. 11. Liaison with building users including teachers, other FM staff and contractors. 12. Reporting of any damage to the property to the client. 13. To clean an area to the required standard. This will include floor scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, mopping & toilet cleaning. 14. Any other reasonable and appropriate duties. RESPONSIBILITY for PHYSICAL ASSETS, DATA and FINANCE Keyholding for access and egress to and from building. Up to 4 cleaning staff.
