As a Brakes Stock Investigator, you’ll be responsible for ” • Accurately store and record information • Monitor discrepancies and investigate identified stock problems • Complete inventory counts, investigation and analysis • PD / backhaul • Comprehensive feedback on customer queries for all issues raised, full investigation for date life and rotation issues. • Understand and prioritise issues logged ” Ensure speedy resolution using appropriate data and analysis. • Understand trend reporting and KPI measures, on behalf of the stock / admin to understand themes & share with the stock team • Report any issues that may result in unbudgeted costs being incurred • Assist weekly audit of all stock housekeeping • Ensure accurate maintenance of all stock data and provision of management information You’ll have ” • Ablility to work as part of a team as well as under their own initiative. • PC literacy is essential ” Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but full training will be given and PPE • A good level of education at G.C.S.E level. • A Good telephone manner and communication skills • Works well and thrives under pressure • Flexible (as and when required with working hours) • Methodical in thinking and approach The Business Brakes Group is committed to reducing the environmental impact the business has on both the communities it serves and the countries it operates in.
