We have a vacancy for a Financial Assessment Officer, within the Assessment & Charging Team. This post works with some of our most vulnerable citizens; helping them to maximise their income, ensuring they are being charged correctly for any social care and support they are receiving and supporting them and their families through the complexities of paying for their care. Predominantly you will be undertaking telephone assessments and booking appointments but you will also have the opportunity to go out and meet people in their own homes, so you will need to have a full current driving licence. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have a person centred approach, enjoy a challenge and importantly have a proactive attitude.
