Job Description Financial Assessment Assistant, Perth PKC05261 £17,174 – £18,714 Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth PH1 5GD Do you love a challenge? Do you like to work in a busy team and undertake routine tasks with a little bit of variety? We have a vacancy for a Financial Assessment Assistant, within the Assessment & Charging Team. This will include working with vulnerable citizens, third parties and organisations to ensure people are being charged the correct amount for any care and support services that they receive. Processing care service invoices and ensuring providers are paid for the care services they are supplying. Predominantly you will be using financial information gathered by your colleagues to complete calculations to determine how much a person is asked to pay. It would be helpful if you’ve got experience in finance, using financial systems and are able to accurately update and maintain systems with large volumes of client information. You will bring a flexible approach to work along with a willingness to learn new things as you will also have the opportunity to be involved in other areas within the team, such as the corporate appointee and access to funds processes. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have a person centred approach and importantly, have a proactive get up and go attitude.
