AS0262 – Moving & Handling Trainer

Job Advert Social Work Adult Services Workforce Development Team are looking to recruit a full-time Moving and Handling Trainer for Care and Support at Home. Your main responsibility will be to provide M&H training for a range of staff working within Care and Support at Home. You will also provide advice on manual handling issues, ergonomic issues and equipment provision. You will contribute to the development of the service within Falkirk Council and the work of the Council through assisting with and delivering other training programmes as required. Applicants should have both a relevant care qualification and a M&H risk assessment certificate. If you are the successful candidate for this post, you will be working with children and/or vulnerable adults and therefore you must have PVG membership.
