SW3832 – Housing With Care Worker

Job Advert You will work as part of a caring team to provide personal care, practical assistance and social support to maintain frail older people in their homes. As such you may have experience of working with frail older people in a care setting. In addition you should have the ability to communicate well, to have good interpersonal skills, to manage your time effectively and be able to work on your own initiative and as a member of a busy team. The post is a housing with care post within Housing with Care buildings. ‘You must register with the SSSC as a Practitioner in care home services and Housing Support for adults within 6 months and meet the conditions of your registration within three years. The post will require that you work to cover early shift and backshift as agreed with the Housing with Care Manager. You will work on an as and when required basis.
