To find out which are the dream companies of Brazilians, Grupo Cia de Talentos held the 19th edition of the Carreira dos Sonhos survey. The survey was conducted between January and March 2020 and was attended by more than 123,000 respondents in Brazil. Among them, 96,686 are students and recent graduates, 21,316 hold positions from coordinators to full managers and 5,577 hold positions from senior managers to presidents.

According to the survey, Google is the dream company of both young people, middle and upper management.

The survey by Grupo Cia de Talentos also pointed out the ten companies most desired by the trainees, who were 1,934 among the interviewees.
