TERRITORY SUPPORT EXECUTIVE Location: WATFORD Salary: UPTO £30,000 BASIC + BONUSES Job Type: Permanent The Job: An exciting new opportunity has arisen in an exceptional online estate agency. The role will involve an accumulation of administration, sales, and vendor management skills. Duties will include supporting a territory owner, booking valuations, providing feedback to vendors, review calls, vendor qualification, cross-selling financial services, sales progression, and diary management. This role will be a 5 day a week role Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday involved. We are looking for organised people that can remain calm under pressure and use sales skills to provide exceptional customer service. Some other advantageous skills would include understanding of how properties are valued and experience of negotiating property sales.
