Job Description Team Leader (Clinical And Professional Team Manager) PKC05216 £40,300 – £44,035 – (36 Hours/week) Perth & Kinross Council Band 8A – (37.5 Hours/week) NHS Tayside Blairgowrie Community Hospital An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic motivated Allied Health Professional to join our integrated leadership team as a Clinical & Professional Team Manager. The post holder will provide operational and professional leadership to the locality health teams and front line workers from Perth and Kinross Council. The post holder will provide vision, leadership and have operational responsibility for the delivery of health services and strategy implementation within the North locality based in Strathmore locality. The post holder will work collaboratively with P&K Health Locality Managers and Partnership Service Managers to achieve the objectives of the HSCP and the P&K Strategic Commissioning Plan. The postholder will manage all relevant services within available resources and in adherence to financial plans. The postholder will be expected to lead and deliver on work streams across relevant transformation, care funds and service redesign programmes. A key objective will be to lead on the design of new models and pathways of care within the locality. This is a demanding post that will require the individual to demonstrate flexibility to respond to competing demands. Knowledge and experience of supporting adults with complex health and social care support requirements in the community is essential as is managerial experience. Ideally applicants will be able to demonstrate experience of multi-disciplinary working and be committed to working closely with colleagues from other disciplines, service users, carers and communities.
