Advert Teacher Additional Support for Learning (Temporary) (1FTE) Lochmaben Primary School Unpromoted Teacher Scale – £22,866 – £36,480 You will be a skilled teacher, ideally with experience of teaching young people with additional support needs. This position is temporary up to June 2019 for 35 hours per week. The post may be considered as a secondment opportunity and agreement from your Line Manager should be sought before applying for the post. Interviews are scheduled for Thursday 17th January 2019. Applicants for teaching posts must be registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland, Clerwood House, 96 Clermiston Road, Edinburgh, EH12 6UT in the appropriate sector. This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. From 28 February 2011, preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update check prior to formal offer of employment being made by Dumfries and Galloway Council.
