Staff Nurse – Orthopaedics

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our Orthopaedic ward Teams at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH). Applications are invited from Registered Nurses trained in general nursing or adult nursing of the NMC Register to join our team within the NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde, This is a full time post (37.5) rotational 12 hour shifts day and nights available Monday to Sunday. As well as having current NMC registration it is also essential you have evidence of professional development, basic IT skills, good communication skills and enthusiasm for working in an Orthopaedic Ward environment. As part of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s pre employment checking for all appointed candidates evidence of current NMC registration will be required prior to start date. The shift pattern is rotational days / nights / weekends 12 hour shifts. This post requires membership of Disclosure Scotland’s PVG Scheme.
