Ski Hotels-AP Hotel Payment Coordinator

You will be part of a team of 4 x AP Payments co-ordinators who are responsible for processing and payment of all Ski Hotel Accommodation invoices. You will based within the UK, the positions we are recruiting for will be based in Luton, UK and will report directly into the Ski Hotel P Query & Processing Assistant Manager. What you will be doing You will be working as part of the Ski AP Hotels Accommodation Team, responsible for processing and payment of all Ski Hotel Accommodation invoices and ensuring they are paid within the supplier agreed payment terms. Your day to day duties will include verifying invoices, processing,supplier query resolution and statement reconciliations. As the majority of the hoteliers will be based in France you will be required to speak fluent French. What we are looking for Someone with a good Accounts Payable background and strong influencing skills. Ideally you will be required to speak fluent French, have excellent customer service and telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You must have strong interpersonal skills including persuasiveness and/or assertiveness skills with excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. You will be required to work to tight deadlines and show excellent communication skills. We also require a candidate with good commercial awareness.
