Benefits Accessible location with parking Contract type: Freelance Salary/Rate: £200 – £260 per day (dependant upon experience) Work for a highly regarded Developer The Role Reporting in to a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the site, your role will include but not be limited to: Provide clear direction to the on-site construction team Managing day to day operations of sire Managing all staff and subcontractors Ensure build is to specification and with a high level of detail Producing accurate reports on time Ensure the quality of every aspect of the project About You You will have gained circa 2+ years experience, ideally working for a residential developer. SMSTS. First aid and CSCS qualified Be able to manage people and multiple subcontractor packages Recent and relevant experience Strong organisational skills with proven time management skills.
