Senior Support Worker £8.80 per hour Kettering, Northamptonshire **Interview day Wednesday 27th February in Kettering** We are Consensus, an innovative award-winning independent provider of support services for people with learning disabilities and additional health and social care needs. The role As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll work with the individuals to support them with their daily living skills, get involved in their community, support with their own personal care, manage their diet, medication and maybe go on holiday. Liaising closely with their friends and family, as well as your team, you’ll make sure they are safe, happy, healthy and full of plans for the future. The people we support are at the heart of all we do so you’ll develop support plans collaboratively, setting goals for the future and working towards our individuals having increased independence. Working closely with your Service Manager and Support Workers to evaluate risks, review progress and drive our innovative services forward, you’ll be a vital member of the team.
