Senior Clerical Officer Temporary

Advert This post is internal and open to employees of Renfrewshire Council only. Based at Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley. You will support the operational delivery of Customer and Business Services. Under the direction of the team leader, contribute to the successful delivery of the Purchase to Pay, Creditors Payments administrative and clerical support tasks. You must have experience in delivering a wide range of clerical/administrative tasks; delivering services to stakeholders and supporting service change. It is desirable that you have an SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, equivalent experience or willing to work towards this qualification. You should also have effective IT, communication, time management, problem solving, customer service, literacy and numeracy skills with the ability to demonstrate effective leadership and development skills, multi-task in a dynamic environment and work as part of a team and on own initiative providing clear and concise instruction.
