Rent Collection Assistant

About the Role Liverpool City Council wish to recruit a Rent Collection Assistant to undertake a range of duties to ensure the timely and efficient provision Debt Collection within the Property & Asset Management Service function. The role involves assisting the Rent Collection Officer with the day to day management of rent accounts for a property portfolio of three thousand residential and commercial properties and setting up and maintaining customer files on in house rent collection software.
