Remote Wholesale Junior Processor – Liberty Reverse Mortgage – TX, USA

Under thesupervision of the Operations Manager, the Pipeline Manager is primarilyresponsible for being the main point of contact for the Liberty Home EquitySolutions Wholesale and Correspondent Broker Partners and their loanfiles. The Pipeline Manager will act asthe information and service hub for the Sales and Operations Teams and BrokerPartners, developing processes and systems to effectively monitor BrokerPartner pipelines, and assisting the Wholesale and Operations Teams withachieving their short and long term goals and objectives.

Job Functionsand Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individualmust be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Relationshipmanagement with internal team members as well as Broker Partners
• Promptresponse to incoming calls, e-mails and faxes from Broker Partners and internalteam members
• Proactivelytrain and support Broker Partners
• Collaboratewith Operations, Sales, and Partners to resolve all loan-level conflicts
• Receiveand set up all files for all incoming wholesale correspondence
• Developand document all processes and systems necessary to achieve departmental goals
• Performall necessary duties needed to close loans in the Wholesale Channel
• Reviewand analyze reverse mortgage loan applications to ensure accuracy, completenessand compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines
• Reviewall required reports and inspections to ensure compliance with investor and FHAguidelines
• Communicateunderwriting decisions to processors and advisors
• Collaboratewith staff and management to find solutions on escalated loans
• Manageloans by using all functions of CRM and other Liberty reverse mortgageapplications, such as tasks, comments and case information
• Maintainhigh level of customer service and communication with other departments
• Maintaintimely contact with all Broker Partners by providing status calls onProcessing, Underwriting, Closing, and Funding
• Assistin gathering all forms and conditions required to fund the loan
• PerformBroker Partner follow-up as needed
• Cross-trainin all positions to build knowledge and experience

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individualmust have the following education and/or experience:

• AssociatesDegree or corresponding level of experience
• 2years loan processing, escrow, or mortgage servicing required
• Abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiencyin Microsoft office and mortgage systems
• Abilityto build strong relationships internal and external relationships with BrokerPartners, Operations, Sales and Management
• Exceptionalorganizational skills and operational focus
• Knowledgeof customer service standards and procedures
• Knowledgeof reverse mortgage guidelines
• Abilityto effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Abilityto prepare routing administrative paperwork, including the development andmaintenance of files and records
• Knowledgeof customer service standards and procedures
• Experiencein mortgage operations
• Workswell under pressure
• Abilityto work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflictingdeadlines
