Recruitment Assistant Worcester £17,637 per annum (rising to £18,566 after 12 months service subject to satisfactory performance) 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm The Opportunity Pivotal to the onboarding process at Sanctuary Group, the Recruitment Assistant will ensure all new starters to the Group have compliant documentation prior to their start date. You will have a friendly approach, prior experience in meeting deadlines and hawk like attention to detail. Working within a small supportive team, the Recruitment Assistant will strive to make sure new starter’s information is compliant prior to payroll cut off deadlines and support hiring managers by providing advice on processes and outstanding paperwork. We use a number of systems to administer the New Starter process so you will have experience using Microsoft office systems, particularly Excel. The Recruitment Assistant will ideally have prior experience of SAP or Landesk but this is not essential as we will provide full on the job training. Ready to join us?
