Job Title: Project Support Officer Industry: Charity based in Central London Type: Contract (minimum 12 months’) Day Rate: £200.00 per day Key Skills: The ideal PSO should be able to display the following: Experience in programme support for communications Experience in providing on-site customer support Experience in post-delivery support Experience in dealing with risk management, status reporting & action follow-up Experience in assisting with project documentation & user-guide preparation Job Description: We are currently hiring for a talented PSO to join a Leading Charity based in central London. Availability to start in 2/3 weeks’ is essential. The project involves delivering a key main system to the work force & your main responsibility will be to ensure the workforce are supported professionally during the transition. This fantastic opportunity will require experience in delivering programme support for communications, providing on-site customer support & post-delivery support. You will also be required to provide support in risk management, status reporting & action follow-up.
