Programme Administrator

The position is full time, 37 hours per week. Responsibilities Manage leadership’s day to day diary and arrange meetings. Attend weekly meetings Work closely with senior leadership team and teachers Input pupil information onto SIMS database. Deal with regular visitors and telephone calls. Essential 4 GCSEs A*-C including English or equivalent qualifications. RSA II Word Processing/Typing Good communication skills ICT literate in main packages eg Office Care and pride in accurate work Have a flexible approach to working Take the initiative and work independently Well organised, working effectively and efficiently, meeting deadlines under pressure Have experience of personal development Be able to relate positively to pupils and adults Maintain high standards of work Experience of report writing and minuting meetings.
