Press Assistant

We are looking for someone super excited to work in our press team in London Head Office/Store. This would be up to 4 weeks work experience – expenses paid. About the PR Work Experience: • Management and ownership of the PR Shots sample system, database and image library. • Managing the Press Showroom and Diary • Sample and returns management • Sample call backs from publications • Tracking samples for Press Team and Buyers • Booking out press requests for the two courier drops • Managing expenses and communicating costs to PR Manager • Handling price and image requests • Compiling coverage reports • Documenting coverage – scanning and filing • Daily office management – stationary orders, papers, post etc • Assisting Press Team as required • Assisting with International sample requests • Assistance on all UK PR events • Recruiting and management of interns About you: • Excellent people skills, computer literature, excellent time management. • Good telephone manner and exemplary organisational skills. • Ability to accurately work at pace • Knowledge of the media world Why New Look? • Friday feels- every Friday finish at 4pm • Free fruit, tea and coffee to keep your energy levels up • The Hub- from meetings to lunch in our inspiring new Kitchen & Coffee Bar Come join us and see it for yourself.
