Job Details £25,821 per annum for 36 hours per week based at St David’s and the Dingle, Wray Park, Wray Park Road, Reigate, RH2 0EJ. This role will provide flexible and adaptable support to our Service Leadership Team and will undertake a range of duties to aid the transformation programme office in the delivery of a comprehensive programme of improvement projects. The role will include managing busy diaries and general administration, preparing high quality research and reports, facilitating meetings, greeting visitors and dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries from colleagues and from other organisations. The postholder will deal with some matters that need to remain confidential and will work closely with another PA and Project Support Officer. As well as having traditional Personal Assistant responsibilities, the successful candidate will have the ability to provide basic project support where required.
