NURSING HOME MANAGER

WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT I am trying to find two Nursing Home Managers. You need to be running or have run a fully compliant Nursing Home. A Manager that holds a PIN (and even occasionally does a nursing shift, just for the fun of it). Come on, where are all the GOOD Nursing Home Managers. 2 homes in Gloucestershire, both beautiful buildings that need new Captains at the Helm.
