Kitchen Team Member – Premier Inn Winchester This role is for 18 hours across 3 days, Monday to Thursday. Entry rate is 8.76. In this varied role, you’ll help to make sure the kitchen delivers great food for every guest. And if you’re keen to build a career as a chef, this is a perfect place to start. You’ll assist the head chef in all kinds of ways. You will help to prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards, on time, every time. From starters, to mains & deserts you will be the team member our guests rely on for a great meal with us. It’s vital you also take great pride keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and tidy & in return, we’ll provide you with all the tools, training and equipment you need to deliver great food. You don’t need previous experience to join us in this role. It’s all about what you can bring as a person. You’ll bring high standards – that means keen attention to detail, and a commitment to learning and improving all the time. You’re very organised and always ready for a challenge.
