CACI has a position opening for a Junior Integrated Logistics Support Analyst in our Washington, DC location. Candidate will provide overall Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics support to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) Foreign Military Sales Program Office (4.0).
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Contribute to the support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Total Package Approach (TPA) to achieve logistics supportability objectives, including but not limited to, logistics interface with technology insertions, new development/major upgrades, life cycle support, configuration data management, Reliability, Maintainability and Availability (RM&A), and data management
- Work with DoD, field activities, and various vendors to develop, identify, locate, support, acquire, and manage country-specific logistics requirements
- Identify technical manual requirements and maintain the Technical Manual Outfitting (TMO) database
- Maintain TM and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) delivery status/updates
- Assist in planning, preparing for, and supporting Integrated Logistics Support Working Group (ILS WG) meetings, Logistics Readiness Reviews, country-specific Program Management Reviews/Navy to Navy meetings, PARM reviews, and other various meetings in support of the client
- Manage resultant action items from ILS engagements through coordination with PARMs and other stakeholders for updated status.
- Assist in monitoring the path towards action item closure
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
- 2 – 4 years of related government acquisition/ILS experience.
- Acute attention to detail
- Quick learner
- Strong team orientation
- Some experience working with logistics support data to include COSAL, COSMAL outfitting, Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), Technical Manual Outfitting, and PMS
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Active Secret security clearance
- Understanding of FMS ILS supporting complex Navy programs (AEGIS, Surface Combat Systems, SM-1/SM-2, and/or surface weapons)
- Experience working with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), the Navy Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), and the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEASYSCOM)
- Knowledge of Security Cooperation and Security Assistance programs as outlined in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), FMS policies, and practices
