HO2134 – Community Care Worker OT

Job Advert Working within our locality based multi-disciplinary team; you will provide assessment /review and care management across all adult community care groups. Experience of working in a community setting, delivering a duty intake system and excellent risk management skills are desirable, as is a strong commitment to multi-agency partnership working. You must be a qualified Occupational Therapist with A Dip COT or BSc Occupational Therapy or equivalent, and registration with HCPC is essential. You must have the ability to be mobile across the Falkirk Council area. If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
