HO0915 – Social Care Worker

Job Advert Cunningham House is a 20 bedded Care Home, supporting older people living with dementia. You will have knowledge of the care needs of older people. Have good communication skills, flexible attitude and be able to work as part of a team. You will be required to work shifts and weekends. You must be able to register with SSSC as a Practitioner in care home services for adults and qualify within the regulatory time scale of three years. A Social Care (SVQ Level 111) qualification together with Moving and Handling training would be desirable. If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership. You will work 14.8 hours per week on a job share basis.
