A bit about the role Join our amazing team of talented and driven individuals who strive every day to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will take calls from our Partners on site with any technical queries relating to their Costa Express machine and guiding them through to resolution to ensure that that our partners can deliver Costa Express drinks to brand standards every time. You will accurately record all the calls and actions taken and when required you’ll arrange for a field based team member to visit the site. To keep the Helpline desk fully functioning seven days a week, you’ll need to work either 7:00-15:30 or 10:30-19:00, five days a week, and work one weekend every 4th week.
