As a General Manager within Whitbread you’ll be accountable for leading, coaching and motivating your own team to exceed KPI’s and business measures as well as ensuring a high-end guest experience is delivered to all guests, each and every time. You’ll do things with heart and you’ll nail the real moments of truth; resulting in high standards being achieved across all areas of your restaurant.
