With rich experiences shaped by urban cultures across the globe. Financial Administrator Casa Cook Ibiza We are looking for a Financial Administrator for our new Casa Cook Hotel in Ibiza. The role is responsible for the control of all main revenue points in the hotel (cash, merchandise, production, recovery and payments). This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in an expanding hotel brand. RESPONSIBILITIES Cash control of revenue points, including petty cash Review production and daily operating revenue Bank management Liquidation and control of commissions from external companies (vending, excursions, etc…) Control of stocks and internal supplies Spot Check of all internal processes of the hotel: cash operation, points of sale, revenues, stock checks and inventories Conciliation of all incoming and outgoing in line with internal process using the system Avalon Adding suppliers’ bills /invoices into Avalon system REQUIREMENTS A relevant degree or working experience in finance and controlling Experience within the hotel industry or other relevant sectors Proficient in MSOffice skills (Excel, Word) Fluent in Spanish and English BENEFITS Join the Casa Cook team and help us continue our success story on Ibiza Work in a unique, exciting and inspiring setting Grow your career in a fast-paced international environment with hotels located around the world Meals during working hours Competitive salary Launched in 2016, Casa Cook is part of Thomas Cook Hotel & Resorts (part of the Thomas Cook Group), with 200 hotels in 47 destinations.
