Job Description As Finance Systems Support Lead you will have responsibility for leading the support of the Link Asset Services (LAS) Finance systems, ensuring they are maintained in a timely, proactive manner. This will involve designing and coordinating system changes, resolving service faults and assisting business users in understanding the systems capabilities Day to day you will: Provide support of LAS Finance systems – however this is not a technical role Alongside the LAS IT admin team, you will perform system admin & support tasks maximise system performance and minimize downtime proactively monitor data integrity and quality and resolve issues as they arise. ensure all critical patches are fully tested before being applied to systems. Take part in Finance systems related projects and reporting Ensure effective system controls are in place and escalate issues that pose risk. Liaise with external support vendors. Mentoring, training and development of junior finance team members The LAS finance system’s overall management is done by Link Group in Sydney, Australia, so frequent liasion with that team is needed. This role is based in our Leeds office, however travel to our London office to meet with colleagues will also need to take place.
