Family Support Worker – Health Visiting

You will support the Health Visiting team to provide an accessible, appropriate, culturally sensitive, safe, person centred and effective service for children, young people and families in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies. The work will be facilitated, supervised and supported by the Health Visiting team. It is essential you have a SVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent experience and have the ability to work with vulnerable children, young people and families. Good communication skills are required for this post. The hours of this post are worked Monday to Friday. This post requires membership of Disclosure Scotland’s PVG Scheme.
