Job Description Resources Facilities Technician South-West Neighbourhood Salary: £17,191 – £19,877 plus shift allowance Hours: 36 per week Shifts will be on a rotation basis and the working hours will be: Week 1: Monday-Friday 6am – 2pm Week 2: Monday-Thursday 8am – 4pm, Sat 8am – 4pm Week 3: Monday-Friday 2pm – 10.15pm Please see attached documentation for further information about the role, and the skills and attributes we will be looking for in a successful candidate. This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by the City of Edinburgh Council. Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases to the top of the range. For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.
