Employment Solicitor. An employment department with an exceptional reputation is seeking an employment solicitor to join their team on a full or part time basis. This highly skilled and reputable employment department in Shropshire is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor of around four years’ plus PQE. The team is comprised of some exceptional lawyers, and a head of department that has an incredible reputation in the employment field. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be joining quite a large team, made up of a partner through to more junior solicitors and assistants, undertaking mainly respondent employment matters, but you will also have some claimant work. This position has arisen due to the expansion of the employment department. The Partner within the department has big plans for growth, and as such his business development activities outside of the office are leading to an influx of new interesting work. As an Employment Solicitor within this team, you will come in to an existing caseload, and as such you must be able to hit the ground running. You must have experience in contentious and non-contentious work, along with advocacy experience. This is an opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to take a position of responsibility in a reputable team.
