Employed Driver – Fixed Term Fantastic Fixed Term Festive Opportunities £8.45 per hour + Great Benefits Various contracts available – full time positions 44 or 45 hours per week Contracts between 1st Oct 2018 – 24th Dec 2018 Our drivers do more than deliver millions of parcels each week. Join us as a driver and you’ll have a big part to play in delivering huge changes across our business too. Changes that will make life even better for our drivers. That means tech to help make every journey smoother, so you’re free to focus on delivering an amazing service to our customers. A great team at every stage to make parcel pick-ups easier. And investment in training. As one of the UK’s largest delivery companies, we never underestimate how vital our drivers are. And so you’ll feel valued here, and supported to do your best. A big part of our team, you’ll work on a rota across four to five days. Each day, you’ll load up your van with fresh parcels before delivering them across a dedicated postcode. You’ll make sure that every parcel, and your 3.5-tonne van, is in perfect condition. And because you’ll be out there, meeting and talking to our customers, we’ll rely on you to do it all with a smile. That last bit is very important. While experience is a bonus for delivery drivers, we’re more interested in your enthusiasm, friendly personality, and willingness to go the extra mile beyond the road. We’ll give you a solid induction to get you up to speed, and keep on supporting you all the way. As a driver, you’ll also enjoy an excellent pension scheme, 28 days’ annual leave, and up to 25% discount at Very.co.uk. We’re on an exciting journey that will make things even better for drivers like you. Join us.
