DS2411 – Parking Attendants

Job Advert Falkirk Council and Falkirk Community Trust currently applies a living wage supplement to all employees earning less than £8.51 per hour. The value of the living wage supplement is subject to regular review by the Council and the Trust, is non-contractual and can be changed at any time. Based in the Engineering Design Unit of Development Services you will patrol on-street and Council owned car parks to check that vehicles are parked in accordance with the Regulations. You will carry out basic maintenance and servicing of car park ticket machines and deal with the ticket machine cash boxes. You will work 37 hours over 5 days Mon – Sat with 1 day off to be agreed on a rota basis. Shift 1 hours are 8.00 – 15.54 with a 30 minute lunch break. Shift 2 hours are 10.00 – 17.54 with a 30 minute lunch break. Shifts 1 and 2 are worked on alternate weeks.
