Deburrer

Are you able to drill and deburr, using various techniques? Are you competent in use of vibro deburr machines and hand held pneumatic/ deburring guns. Key Responsibilities: – Drill and deburr of aerospace components within the Prismatic area using various techniques. – Produce work within cost. – Initiate cost saving and new ideas – Keep working area clean and productive utilising 5S Principles Experience Required: – Experience in aerospace environment or equivalent is desirable – Be able to understand SPC data collection and record results, interpret engineering drawings – Worked with pneumatic hand held deburring equipment, manual de-burring tools, the use of pillar drills and drilling fixtures – Had experience with measuring equipment vernier, micrometer plug gauges screw plug gauges – Mechanical background – Prior drill deburr experience is essential Qualifications required: – Apprenticeship served or equivalent standard of training and/ or experience – Good Mechanical background in similar field If this sounds like how you would like to start your 2019, give Natalie a call on or click ‘Apply’ and I shall get in touch.
