Customer Service Officer Part Time

Advert Customer First is East Renfrewshire Council’s customer service section providing frontline Council services to members of the public. This service is provided through our two Service Centres, Receptions, Contact Centre, Live Chat and Council switchboard between the hours 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Customer First have a vacancy for a Customer Service Officer. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for providing excellent customer service. You will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering excellent customer service within busy telephony and face to face customer environments. You will wear the corporate uniform you will have the ability to deal confidently and tactfully with people at all levels, have excellent organisational skills and be able to process information efficiently.
