Job Advert Falkirk Council and Falkirk Community Trust currently applies a living wage supplement to all employees earning less than 9.07 per hour. The value of the living wage supplement is subject to regular review by the Council and the Trust, is non-contractual and can be changed at any time. We are looking for a responsible, outgoing person to be a halls caretaker This physically demanding post includes duties such as maintenance, security, cleaning, setting out for lets, completing the appropriate forms and other general duties you will be expected to be knowledgeable in Health and Safety. You will work 16 hours per week to be worked flexibly in accordance with hall lets, which will include evenings and weekends. You will also be required to work alone, or as part of a team. Previous experience of caretaking, general maintenance, cleaning and dealing with the public face to face would be advantageous. If you are the successful candidate you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check. This post is temporary until 30th September 2019 due to budget restrictions.
