CRM Executive – Business & Financial Reporting Brighton £27,000 – £30,000 + Excellent Benefits & Perks We are looking for a CRM Executive – Business & Financial Reporting to join our Operations team based in our Brighton offices. The CRM Executive Role: The CRM and Finance Systems Executive supports the maintenance of all technical aspects of our business systems, based predominantly around the Netsuite ERP. The role holder is responsible for delivering reports and information from Netsuite that are required by managers in the business. This may include using business intelligence tools in conjunction with Netsuite to do this. They will also work with key members of the operations and finance teams to deliver projects that develop efficient processes and improve business information. The CRM and Finance Systems Executive is also the first line of support for system issues and helps train existing and new staff in how to use systems effectively. Requirements We are looking for someone who… + Ideally has experience operating Netsuite + Can work in depth with a CRM required e.g. Salesforce, Netsuite + Is a competent user of Netsuite finance functionality + Has worked closely with or in a finance department + Has CRM and/ or ERP hands-on experience (at least 1 year) – report creation and business system maintenance (Netsuite, Salesforce etc.)Preferably with experience or exposure to: + + OneWorld + + SuiteFlow + + SuiteBuild + + Sales Force Automation + Has excellent communication skills + Has a strong attention to detail + Has the ability to perform in high pressure environment + Is curious and has the drive to improve business functions + Has a passion for technology You may have worked in the following capacities: CRM Reporting Analyst, Netsuite ERP Executive, ERP BI Analyst, CRM BI Reporting Executive.
